"Smile"
This particular clip is about "Dancer". He was my best friend for 11yrs. And like all friends of his persuasion, there comes a time when he must travel a road I cannot. He was called on Feb. 16, 2011. We've had several conversations since then and I know he's being taken care of by the best until I can join him and others. so, far now, Buddy, you're in my thoughts every day.

"70"
These are the Otke's. I was honored to put this video together for them in celebration of their 70th wedding anniversary. 70 years is not just a testament to longevity in marriage considering our fractured society and it's lack of dedication to commitment to a partnership, but the strength these two have for the love they share. it truly is a joy for me to know them and my gratitude to them in being able to witness their resolution harkens to me the words, "in sickness and health, to love and honor, for all the days of my life". God bless you, Amber and Syl.
"I Look To You"
This video is dedicated to, as the website is to Mary and Paul....need I say more? They have given me hope, inspiration, challenges, and above all-life. In ancient Egypt, when a person died, the gods asked their soul two questions. Their answer determined whether they got into heaven. "Have you found joy in your life"? And, "Has my life brought joy to others"? I know that I have found the joy in my life. I hope that in the scheme of things, my life has brought joy to them.

"Runnin' on Empty"
This particular video was another creation for a Digital Media class. There was no attempt to send a message with the video. It is set to Jackson Brown’s “Running On Empty” song. I’ve always enjoyed the song for it’s upbeat tempo, the lyrics and blood jumping pace it sets for me. It’s one of those iconic “road songs” that created a sense of wanderlust for me in the years I would be motorcycling across the country looking for as John Denver sang, “Looking for Space”. I've used images that hopefully will communicate to the viewer one of constant motion.
"Shine on, Shine on St. Louis"
This video was submitted for a Digital Media class at school. It was my attempt to juxtapose the images with Robbie Robertson’ song, “Shine Your Light on Me” in order to show the ever changing face of the city of St. Louis. When you watch the video, it’s more of a political statement about the positive and negative socioeconomic movement of our city. While there have been significant changes to the infrastructure of St. Louis, continued improvements to stabilize it’s capacity for the betterment of its citizens is an ongoing process.
"Amy and Anthony"
This particular video was developed using the KEYNOTE software program on a Mac. It is actually a program similar to doing a Power Point presentation on a PC. The difficulty was trying to "synch" the words of the song, "Beautiful in My Eyes" (Joshua Kadison) with the images.
"Kc and Kurt"
This video is the wedding of the daughter of two of my closest friends who I've known for 35 years. Steve picked me up during a low point in my life and gave me the skills of photography and many other abilities to sustain me. It has been a rewarding association of friendship and love. It has been a gift to watch their two children grow from infancy to adulthood. Much happiness to Kc and Kurt on their wedding.
"Carol"
This video was created in memory of a dear friend''s wife after her brave and valiant struggle against pancreatic and lung cancer. They had been married 36 years. She is a symbol of strength, perseverance, and above all encouragement to all that knew her.
